LIFE ENDURANCE TESTING

Hydraulic hoses for military vehicle applications are life tested at Control Power Co. Hoses and assemblies are subjected to a series of endurance, vibration, impulse and environmental tests.

OIL CONTAMINATION ANALYSIS

Oil contamination analysis tests are performed by electronic particle counting. Analysis testing is conducted to provide NAS, SAE and ISO class levels.

"QUICK-BUILD" FIXTURE

Control Power has the expertise and facilities for "quick-build" fixturing to meet urgent and "unexpected" customer requirements.

ACTUATOR ENDURANCE TESTING

Hydraulic actuator assembly is shown going through a simulated life cycle endurance test. Control Power designed actuator undergoing testing is designed for severe military applications.

VIBRATION AND SHOCK TESTING

Combined environmental testing is performed using a digitally controlled, multi-channel vibration system with a 36" x 36" sliptable. Capacity: 4000 pound force sine, 3200 pound force random.

CORROSION TESTING

Thirty cubic ft. salt fog machine meets military and automotive testing standards.

ENDURANCE TESTING

Testing fixture shown above was designed and fabricated by Control Power to test springs used by a furniture manufacturer.

ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING

Environmental test chambers above offer temperature testing ranges from -90 degrees F to + 350 degrees F with 20% to 95% relative humidity. Control Power has the experience and equipment to offer a wide range of programmed temperature, controlled climatic and cyclic testing.
